Sun Rise II
Neighborhood

12 Homes

Sun Rise II, started in 2015, is a unique “pocket neighborhood” consisting of 12 single-family homes clustered along a beautifully landscaped walkway. This neighborhood took an innovative approach by rejuvenating and recycling well-built homes from the early 1900s to 1943. The first three homes arrived in August 2015, and the final two in November 2018. All 12 homes were quickly sold upon completion, with the last home being move-in ready by early 2020.
